How to Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your account directly from the RPGLMS app:
- Open the Profile drawer
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Deletion is immediate upon confirmation. You will be signed out and your account will no longer be accessible.
Enterprise accounts: The in-app Delete Account option is hidden on accounts managed by an enterprise organization. Enterprise members must request deletion through their organization administrator, or email support@rpglms.com.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed or anonymized:
- Player profile — Your name and display name are anonymized to "Deleted User"
- Authentication credentials — Unlinked from your account; you can no longer sign in
- Party memberships — You are removed from all parties
- GM parties — Any parties you manage as GM are deactivated and students are notified
- House memberships — You are removed from all houses
- Avatar — Your avatar is deleted
What Data Is Retained and Why
Some data is retained after account deletion because other users or legal obligations depend on it:
- Educational content you created (campaigns, curriculum, investigations, quizzes) — Retained because other users depend on this content, but your name is replaced with "Deleted User"
- Subscription transaction records — Retained for financial and legal compliance (30 days minimum)
- Content moderation reports — Retained for platform safety
Subscriptions
Deleting your RPGLMS account does NOT cancel your subscription. Apple and Google manage subscription billing separately.
Cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid continued charges.
Can't Access the App?
If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email support@rpglms.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Email deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
