What is RPGLMS?
RPGLMS (Role-Playing Game Learning Management System) is a gamified educational platform that transforms learning into an adventure. Game Masters create Campaigns (courses) organized into Paths (modules) with Nodes (lessons) containing Investigations, Engagements, and Reports. Players progress through content, earning Shards (XP) and Renown (social currency) while climbing leaderboards. Our AI-powered tools help generate quizzes, learning materials, and assessments in seconds.
Who is RPGLMS for?
RPGLMS is designed for educators and students of all ages. Teachers, tutors, and homeschool parents use it to create engaging learning experiences. Students from elementary through higher education can participate. The platform is particularly effective for K-12 classrooms looking to increase engagement through gamification.
Is RPGLMS safe for students?
Yes! Student safety is our priority. Students under 13 can only use RPGLMS under teacher or parent supervision. We're COPPA compliant, don't serve ads, and collect only the minimum data needed for educational purposes. Teachers control classroom access with private join codes, and all AI-generated content is filtered for appropriateness.

What subscription plans are available?
We offer flexible plans to fit your needs:
- Apprentice (Free): Perfect for Players (students). Join Parties, participate in Nodes, Engagements, Trials, and Rifts, and track your progress.
- Sage ($9.99/month or $79.99/year): Ideal for individual teachers. Unlimited Campaigns, 2M AI tokens/month, join Houses to collaborate.
- Master ($19.99/month or $159.99/year): For PLC leaders. Create your own House (auto-created on upgrade), 5M AI tokens/month, invite Sages and Masters to collaborate in shared campaign hubs.
- Enterprise: Custom solutions for districts and organizations with SSO, compliance features, and dedicated support.

How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe directly within the RPGLMS app on iOS or Android, or through our web app at app.rpglms.com. Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider. Your subscription activates immediately upon purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds required by law in your jurisdiction will be honored. For App Store or Play Store purchases, refund requests must go through Apple or Google directly. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, contact support@rpglms.com and we'll work to resolve it or provide appropriate compensation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your app store subscription settings (iOS or Android) or through your account settings in the web app. After cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the free Apprentice tier. Your content is preserved for 90 days.

How does AI content generation work?
Our AI features help you create educational content quickly. Simply describe what you need (e.g., "Create a 10-question Engagement on the American Revolution for 5th graders") and RPGLMS generates ready-to-use content. You can edit and customize all AI-generated material before sharing with Players. Each subscription tier includes a monthly allotment of AI tokens (2M for Sage, 5M for Master, both individual caps).

How do Parties (classrooms) work?
Game Masters create a Party (classroom) and receive a unique join code. Players (students) enter this code to join the Party and access assigned Campaigns. Game Masters can assign different Party roles (Player, Observer, NPC) with different permissions. Each Party has its own leaderboard for Trials and Rifts, and Game Masters can track individual and group progress through the dashboard.
Can I use RPGLMS on multiple devices?
Yes! RPGLMS is available on iOS, Android, and web browsers. Sign in with your account on any device and your progress, content, and subscription status sync automatically. Create content on your computer, then monitor student progress from your phone.
Account & Data
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account settings in the app or by emailing support@rpglms.com. Upon deletion request, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days. Note that if you're a teacher, deleting your account will also remove your campaigns (we recommend exporting or transferring content first).
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled through trusted providers (Google, Apple). We don't sell your data, don't show ads, and collect only what's needed for the service. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Since RPGLMS uses Google or Apple Sign-In, you'll reset your password through those providers. Visit your Google or Apple account settings to reset your password, then sign back into RPGLMS. If you're having trouble accessing your account, contact support@rpglms.com.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
